The core of my work tends to be constructed sculpture often composed of a large number of (similar or identical) objects. Around this core float my changing obsessions and little projects, be they text based, photographic funny little machines or things made for the magic mirror of the internet. My partner and conspirator says that she actually believes that me and several of my fellow exhibitors are not in fact artists, we are really engaged in some kind of scientific exploration...

 

Unfortunately, however amusing this might be, it's also untrue. My sister is a scientist. Whilst she is fabulous source of information and inspiration it is clear that she does science and we do something quite different.
